45 minute counseling session (for a variety of issues……for example depression or anxiety, problems at school, behavioral issues, family discord, divorce, anger).


Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses play, which is the natural language of children to resolve issues and promote healing. This type of therapy is can help with children as young as 4 years old. Sessions last between 30- 45 minutes.

Parent Therapy

45 minute sessions provided to parents focusing on support and giving the parent tools for improved relationships. Parent Therapy leads to marked improvement when children face behavioral and psycho – social challenges at home or at school.

Life Coaching

45 minute Life Coaching sessions. Life coaching can help anyone who may:

  • Need some guidance on moving forward in your career
  • Want to learn how to take advantage of your own strengths and talents
  • Don’t know what to do about a major life decision, such as a move or promotion
  • Don’t have an acceptable work-life balance
  • Have a lot of stress
  • Aren’t as healthy as you’d like to be

this type of service is not a substitute for therapeutic mental health counseling and is not insurance billable.

Financial Hardship/College Rate

Please call to discuss which insurance plans are currently accepted. Individuals who would like to maintain complete privacy and prefer the insurance company does not have access to records may elect to pay privately. I will provide you with a receipt should you decide to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment. without appropriate notice you will be responsible for full payment of your session.
